Every plan has Google Analytics 4, Google Ads results via your GA4 link, Search Console, Core Web Vitals and gone-dark detection. Scan now is subject to a short per-workspace cooldown.
Billing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in the app and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan.
What happens if I go over my site limit?
Nothing is deleted. Sites over the limit are paused: they stop scanning and show greyed out on the grid. You choose which sites stay active, and paused sites resume the moment you upgrade or free up room.
What happens when the trial ends?
The 14-day Agency trial needs no card. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan with 3 active sites. Your other sites are paused, not deleted.
Can I get a refund?
If a charge was a mistake or the plan was not for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@polyoptra.com and we will refund it.
Is paying by card secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Polyoptra never sees or stores your card number.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, in the billing portal. Upgrades take effect straight away, with the difference prorated. If a downgrade leaves you over the new site limit, the extra sites are paused rather than deleted.
What is the founding customer offer?
Anyone who signs up during early access, or within 60 days of launch, gets 30% off their plan for life. Early users are the reason this exists.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in USD. GST is added for Australian customers where applicable, and your invoice shows it.
